New Project Is Live!

That's right folks, we are live!
I gave you a small excerpt of what to expect in the last update. The beautifully illustrated, 64-page kaiju nature magazine is now available on Kickstarter! Rum Row's own Gavin Mitchell did some killer art for one of the segments as well!

Hi Gang,
Indie comics can be a roller coaster, and as readers I realize it can feel like forever between issues or announcements. But this is finally happening and in beautiful hardcover format no less!
The team is still in talks as we lock down all the final details, but this will be something truly special. A few items to expect:
- Variant cover options
- Never before seen bonus Rum Row comics
- Aventure strip originally seen in the back of Savage Dragon which has only been available digitally to backers
- World building pin ups of various sky districts and scenes
- Tons of other bonus materials
So yeah, we're pretty excited. I hope all of you are too. Tentatively we're thinking late July/ August. In the meantime, I wanted to shout out my next project:
That's right, a nature magazine for kaiju! An homage to the animal magazines of my youth like Zoobooks and Ranger Rick. But we'll be tackling giant fantastical creatures instead. A true love letter to everything tokusatsu. We'll also be focusing on the kaiju sanctuary where these magnificent animals who have been injured or endangered can be studied and cared for. Here are a few excerpts of what to expect:

Hello All,
Hope everyone is well. I wanted to do a quick check in, to let you know we have a new book on the horizons - First Place Losers:
Once mech racing’s fastest rising star, disgraced ex-con Jacco Jang, must once again prove himself in the sport. Now as a coach to a young naive pilot, he must prove to his family and the world, that he’s worthy of redemption.
Super excited for this one, and working with an incredible team - co-written with Flobo Boyce, Max Davenport on art, Ed Ryzowski on colors, Andriy Lukin on design, and Rob Jones on letters.
